I cannot see the OK button in the settings window when I want to add columns to a list

    Resolution

    Section I: Windows DPI settings

    Sage 50 requires a DPI setting of 100% (Smaller) for optimal performance.  To change your DPI setting,

    Section II: Wrong data path on workstation

    1. Browse to your ini file;
    2. Scroll down to the third paragraph to where the last line reads DATAPATH=.
    3. Change the data path to reflect your actual data path where you data is located.
    4. Click File, and Save.
    5. Verify you can save or change Settings in List.

    Section III: Damaged UserPref.DAT

    1. Browse to your company data directory.
    2. Right-click UserPref.DAT.
    3. Rename UserPref.DAT to UserPref.old.
    4. Verify you can save or change Settings in List.

    Section III: Damaged Positions Key

    Workaround: Shortcut hot keys

    As a workaround, you can use the Tab and Enter keys. The OK button exists but is obscured by the bottom edge of the Settings window.

    1. In the Settings window, click Add to add a column.
    2. Press the Tab key on your keyboard three times to highlight the hidden OK button.
    3. Press the Enter key on your keyboard to close the window and apply the changes.
