How to set up a flat amount for a 401K benefit?

    Solution I:

    1. Click on Maintain, Employees/Sales Reps.
    2. Select the employee that wants to use a flat rate.
    3. Click on Withholding Info tab.
    4. Change the Percentage rate to 0.
    5. Click on the Employee Fields tab.
    6. Uncheck Use Defaults for your 401K.
    7. Uncheck Calculated for your 401K.
    8. Enter the desired flat amount in the Amount column as a negative number.
    9. Click Save.
