How can I retrieve my data if I am using version 6.x or 7.x of online backup?

    Resolution

    Versions 6.x and 7.x of the online backup client are obsolete and cannot be used to retrieve data uploaded to the online backup system.  If you currently have versions 6.x or 7.x of the online backup client please call Sage Technical Support  in order to retrieve data that has been backed up through the online backup system.
