Error: “You must be logged in as an administrator” when closing the program on the server, but I am the administrator
- Run the update manually, choosing the option to Run as Administrator;
- If the error still occurs, disable User Account Control;
- If the same error occurs, verify the logged-in user is a system administrator
- If logged in as an administrator, but the error still occurs, create a new Windows User Profile. Follow the link in Additional Information on how to create a new Windows User Profile.
